What is your MOQ?
Straws start at 100,000 pcs; tableware at 50,000 sets; packaging at 30,000 pcs. For first orders we can accept a trial quantity — tell us what you need and we will work something out.
Are your products genuinely compostable?
Yes. All product lines are certified to EN 13432 and carry BPI or OK Compost marks. We provide the full test reports with every quotation — not just a logo on the box.
Can you print our logo?
Yes. Custom printing is available from 100,000 pcs for straws and 30,000 pcs for packaging. We use food-grade soy-based inks. Send us your artwork in AI or PDF and we will return a digital proof within 3 days.
What is your lead time?
Samples ship within 7 days. Mass production is 20-25 days after artwork confirmation and deposit. Peak season (Sep-Nov) may add 5-7 days.
Which payment terms do you accept?
T/T 30% deposit with the balance against B/L copy, or 100% L/C at sight. For orders above USD 50,000 we can discuss other arrangements.
